Ⅰ. Product feature and applied range
JX-6Z medium-temperature organic sulfur hydrolysis catalyst is manufactured with special carrier impregnated active component.It has active temperature range wide, high organic sulfur conversion rate, resistance to high sulfur and high steam/gas ratio, oxygen resistance, resistance to sulfate inactivation, etc.It can replace molybdenum and cobalt hydrogenation process, and equipments does not need to transform .In the process, the waste heat and steam/gas ratio are directly used in a hydrolytic furnace to convert organic sulfur into inorganic sulfur, which simplifies the process and is easy to operate, and eliminates the need for complicated sulfuration process before starting up, thus reducing the load of the refined desulfurization section and improving the desulfurization efficiency.
