SC309 catalyst,developed and produce by Sanju, is a new methanol synthesis catalyst with high activity for low pressure applications.
Features:With alumina as carrier,carrying copper oxide as active component, it is produced by special process. It has good thermal stability and activity at low temperature.It has long service life and high selectivity,and methanol content in raw methanol is high with less organic by -products.I has wide application and is easy ti be reduced and operated.I has high strength ,reducing catalyst pulverization .low pressure drop across the reactor is benefit for increasing the capacity of the methanol plants.
Application:The catalyst is widely suitable for various methanol plants,including medium/low-pressure process such as Lurgi and ICI technology.
