Ⅰ. Product feature and applied range

YP-B is a highly efficient defoamer developed and produced by Sanju,It is designed specially for delayed coking unit to eliminate foam and reduce height of the foam layer in the coking tower so as to increase the throughput of the coking tower,enhance coking height and improve unit utilization efficiency.The YP-B defoamer has a small dosage in use,only (40～200)ug/g(relative to total feed rate in the coking tower).The defoamer reacts fast and endurable and reduces volatilization and coke power deposition in the bottom of fractionating tower,extending the cycle time by eliminating unit shutdown for defoaming.

By reducing height of the foam layer,coke quality is improved and coke entrained in the oil and gas is reduced,protecting the downstream equipments,such as heat exchanges.These are beneficial to the stable operations of the downstream processing units for gas and liquid products.YP-B defoamer has no negative effect on downstream process and operation for gasoline and diesel products.
